Send the form below with your partner type, region and existing network. We reply with a fit call and, if it is a yes, the partner agreement that governs every commission and payout term.
- Step 2
Register each lead before it goes live
Send us the clinic before it enters an active Clinizy sales process. That registration is what protects the lead and attributes the commission — duplicates, and clinics already in play, are not eligible. Registration goes through your partner contact today; there is no self-serve portal yet.
- Step 3
Close it, together or by us
Referral partners hand over and we take it from there. Solution and Implementation partners run the demo, onboarding or go-live themselves, using the demo account, decks and message templates from the brand kit.
- Step 4
Get paid monthly
Commission is calculated on subscription revenue actually received, excluding GST. It becomes payable after the customer has paid and a short cooling period, on a monthly payout cycle, with a ₹1,000 minimum threshold.

- Commission applies only to approved, eligible customers.
- A lead must be registered before the customer enters an active Clinizy sales process.
- Duplicate leads are not eligible.
- Commission is based on subscription revenue received, excluding GST.
- Refunds and chargebacks are excluded.
- Discounted deals use the actual collected subscription value.
- Commission becomes payable after the customer payment and a cooling period.
- Recommended payout cycle: monthly.
- Minimum payout threshold: ₹1,000.
- Renewals must remain associated with the partner account.
- Clinizy may reject fraudulent, duplicate or unqualified leads.
- Partners cannot make unauthorised pricing, legal, security or product commitments.
- Partners cannot advertise discounts without approval.
- Implementation work must follow Clinizy standards.
- The final partner agreement governs all commission and payout terms.
