Programme terms
- Commission applies only to approved, eligible customers.
- A lead must be registered before the customer enters an active Clinizy sales process.
- Duplicate leads are not eligible.
- Commission is based on subscription revenue received, excluding GST.
- Refunds and chargebacks are excluded.
- Discounted deals use the actual collected subscription value.
- Commission becomes payable after the customer payment and a cooling period.
- Recommended payout cycle: monthly.
- Minimum payout threshold: ₹1,000.
- Renewals must remain associated with the partner account.
- Clinizy may reject fraudulent, duplicate or unqualified leads.
- Partners cannot make unauthorised pricing, legal, security or product commitments.
- Partners cannot advertise discounts without approval.
- Implementation work must follow Clinizy standards.
- The final partner agreement governs all commission and payout terms.
