Change the language

Short answer
In Clinizy Care, press the globe button in the top bar. On a phone, press More and use the Language row instead. Choose English, Hinglish or हिन्दी. The menus and buttons change straight away. Your choice is saved in that browser only, so repeat it on any other device you use.
Before you start
- Sign in to Clinizy Care first.
- Know which language you want: English, Hinglish or Hindi.
Steps
Press the globe button in the top bar. On a phone, press More and use the Language row.
Step 1 of 4 Tip:The globe button shows EN, HIN or हिं, the language you use now.
Choose English, Hinglish or हिन्दी (Hindi) from the list.
Step 2 of 4 Tip:Hinglish is Hindi written in English letters.
Look at the menu and buttons. They now use the language you chose.
Repeat this on each phone or computer you use, because the choice is saved only in that browser.
If something goes wrong
Which languages can I choose?
You can choose English, Hinglish or Hindi (हिन्दी). Hinglish is Hindi written in English letters. Menus, buttons and labels follow your choice.
Does my choice change the screen for other staff?
No. The choice is saved only in your browser, so every person sets their own language.
Why did my language go back to English?
Your choice is kept in your browser. If you clear browser data, use a private window or sign in on another device, choose your language again.

Add staff and give them roles
Open Staff Management and press Add Staff. Enter the person’s name, mobile number and role, then save. Clinizy Care sends them a WhatsApp welcome and shows, live, whether it arrived. The welcome has no password, so copy the temporary password and share it with them. Edit, reset or deactivate staff on the same page.

Press the bell in the top bar to open Notifications. Press an alert to mark it read, or press its link to go to the right page. Use the tabs and Unread only to find what matters, and press Mark all read when you have seen everything.

Open Settings and press Roles & permissions. Pick a role, then switch each permission on or off. The What this role will see panel shows the menu that role will get before you save. Press Save changes and confirm. Signed-in staff get the change within a few minutes, with no new login needed.
