Short answer
In Clinizy Care, open Settings and press Add-ons. See how many branches and doctor and staff seats you use. Choose the extra ones you need with the plus button, check the total and pay securely online. The add-on switches on as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Before you start
- Sign in as the clinic admin of your main clinic.
- Know how many extra branches or seats you need.
Steps
Open Settings, then press Add-ons.
Read Your capacity. It shows the branches, doctor seats and staff seats you use.
Step 2 of 6 Use the plus button under Add more to pick Extra branch, Extra doctor seat or Extra staff seat.
Step 3 of 6 Tip:Branches are always added to the main clinic. Use the Seats for box to pick which clinic gets the seats.
Check the Order summary: the price, the GST and the total to pay today.
Tip:The price covers the days left in your plan. After that, the renewal charge is added to each renewal.
Press the pay button and pay securely online.
Tip:Your add-on switches on as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Find your purchase under Purchases. It shows as Active.
Tip:A GST invoice is sent to your email.
If something goes wrong
Why can I not choose any add-on?
Add-ons can be bought once your clinic is on a paid plan. On some plans our team sets them up, so send a request and they will call you.
Can a branch buy add-ons?
No. A branch shows a note that add-ons are bought from the main clinic.
What if the payment fails?
Nothing is added, and you are not charged if the payment was not completed. If money was deducted, the add-on switches on or is refunded.

Review the audit trail
Open Settings and press Audit logs. Each row shows who did what, when, and from which IP address. Narrow the list by search, record type, action or dates. Press a row to see its details, and press Export CSV to download the rows that match.

Open Settings and press Branches. Check how many branches you use, then press Open a branch and fill in the branch name and address. Each branch keeps its own patients, stock, billing and staff. Press Switch on a branch card to work inside it.
5 minIncluded in Hospital and aboveChoose what each role can see
Open Settings and press Roles & permissions. Pick a role, then switch each permission on or off. The What this role will see panel shows the menu that role will get before you save. Press Save changes and confirm. Signed-in staff get the change within a few minutes, with no new login needed.
