Short answer

In Clinizy Care, open a prescription and find Follow-up Date under Labs & Advice. Pick a date that is today or later, then save the draft or finalize. The date shows on the prescription list, and doctors and reception see due and overdue follow-ups on their dashboards.

Before you start

  • Decide the follow-up date you want.
  • Remember that the date must be today or later. The picker does not allow past dates.

Steps

  1. Open Prescriptions and start or open the patient’s prescription.

  2. Scroll to Labs & Advice and find Follow-up Date.

  4. Press Save Draft, or Finalize when the prescription is ready.

  5. Look at the prescription under Recent Prescriptions. Its follow-up date shows on the row.

  6. Open Filters if it is closed, then pick Overdue follow-ups to list the late ones.
