Short answer
Open clinizy.in/login in your browser, type your phone number or email and your password, and press Sign in. Clinizy Care then opens your dashboard, built for your role. Use the left menu to move between pages, the top bar for search and alerts, and the help button whenever you are stuck.
Before you start
- Have your registered mobile number or email ready.
- Have your password ready.
- Use any browser on a phone, tablet or computer.
Steps
Open clinizy.in/login, type your Phone or Email and Password, then press Sign in.
Tip:If your account uses a security code, type the 6-digit code from your authenticator app when asked.
Careful:After five wrong tries, sign-in locks for a short time.
Pick the clinic you are working at when Choose a clinic appears.
Tip:You can switch clinics later from the clinic name in the menu.
Use the left menu to move between pages. On a phone, use the bottom bar and press More for the rest.
Step 3 of 6 Tip:The menu shows only the pages your role can use and your plan includes.
Look at the top bar for search, the Notifications bell, help, language and the circle with your initials.
Step 4 of 6 Tip:On a small phone, the language button is under More.
Press the ? button in the top bar and choose Help guides when you need help.
Step 5 of 6 Tip:The round ? button at the bottom right replays the tour for the page you are on.
Open the circle with your initials at the top right and press Logout when you finish.
Careful:Always sign out on a shared computer.
If something goes wrong
What if I forget my password?
Press Forgot password? on the sign-in page, type your phone number and press Send reset link. Clinizy Care sends a 6-digit code on WhatsApp, and a reset link if your account has an email. Type the code, then your new password twice, and press Set new password. The code works for 5 minutes.
Why is my sign-in locked?
After five wrong tries, Clinizy Care locks sign-in for a short time. Wait for the timer on the screen to end, then try again with the right details.
Why can I not see a page my colleague can see?
The menu shows only the pages your role can use and your clinic’s plan includes. Ask your clinic admin if you need another page.

Add staff and give them roles
Open Staff Management and press Add Staff. Enter the person’s name, mobile number and role, then save. Clinizy Care sends them a WhatsApp welcome and shows, live, whether it arrived. The welcome has no password, so copy the temporary password and share it with them. Edit, reset or deactivate staff on the same page.

Press the globe button in the top bar. On a phone, press More and use the Language row instead. Choose English, Hinglish or हिन्दी. The menus and buttons change straight away. Your choice is saved in that browser only, so repeat it on any other device you use.

Press the bell in the top bar to open Notifications. Press an alert to mark it read, or press its link to go to the right page. Use the tabs and Unread only to find what matters, and press Mark all read when you have seen everything.
