Short answer
In Clinizy Care, open Settings to find every clinic setting in one place. The top shows your setup progress and plan. Below, cards are grouped by topic: setup, communication, security and billing. Press any card to open it. Start with Facility profile, then check Plan & subscription.
Before you start
- Sign in as the clinic admin. Other roles cannot open Settings.
Steps
Open Settings from the left menu.
Tip:The page is titled Facility Settings.
Read the setup progress at the top. Press a missing step, such as Add GSTIN, to finish it.
Step 2 of 6 Look through the groups: Facility setup, Communication, Security & compliance and Billing.
Step 3 of 6 Tip:Facility setup holds your profile, services, branding and care settings. Communication holds notifications and WhatsApp. Security holds roles, audit logs and security policies. Billing holds your plan, branches and add-ons.
Press any card to open that setting.
Tip:Lab and IPD cards show only if your plan includes them.
Start with Facility profile. Add your clinic name, address and GSTIN.
Open Plan & subscription to see your plan status, invoices and upgrade options.
If something goes wrong
Where do I add staff?
Not here. Open Staff Management from the left menu. For a doctor’s registration number, use the Doctors & registration card.
Where do I download all my clinic data?
Press Export & backup under Security & compliance. It downloads patients, bills, prescriptions, lab orders, admissions and inventory as one spreadsheet.
Where do I change message templates?
Press Message Templates under Communication.

Choose what each role can see
Open Settings and press Roles & permissions. Pick a role, then switch each permission on or off. The What this role will see panel shows the menu that role will get before you save. Press Save changes and confirm. Signed-in staff get the change within a few minutes, with no new login needed.

Open Settings and press Facility profile. Add your clinic name, address and working hours, and verify your GSTIN. Then press Save Changes to save. Next, open the Departments tab for services and fees, and the Branding tab for your logo and stamp.
6 minIncluded in Clinic and aboveSet your security rules
Open Settings and press Security policies. Turn on two-factor sign-in for your own account, then set the password, session, device and lockout rules. Press Save policy to apply them to all staff. You can also sign out any device from the same page.
