  • Admin and clinic owner
  • Doctor
Add-on: SayRx — AI voice prescription4 min

Short answer

In Clinizy Care, open a patient’s prescription and press Speak. Say the medicines with dose and days, tests, advice and follow-up in Hindi, English or Hinglish, then press Done. SayRx writes a draft. Check it, press Add to prescription, and then save or finalize as usual.

Before you start

  • Use a recent Chrome, Edge or Safari on a device with a working microphone.
  • Allow the microphone when your browser asks.
  • Choose a patient first. SayRx waits until you do.

Steps

  1. Open Prescriptions and pick the patient, as you do for any prescription.

Tip:You can also open SayRx and press Speak a prescription. A new prescription opens, and you pick the patient there.

  2. Press Speak. Allow the microphone if your browser asks.

Careful:If the microphone is blocked, allow it in the browser’s address bar and try again.

  3. Tell SayRx each medicine with its dose and days. Add tests, advice and follow-up if you want them.

Tip:Say each name clearly. Brand or generic names both work. Mention any allergy the patient tells you about.

  4. Press Done when you finish. SayRx then prepares the draft.

  5. Check the draft under Check the draft. Each medicine shows Matched, Pick one or Not in your medicine list.

Tip:Open What SayRx heard to read the words SayRx heard.

  6. Press Add to prescription. Nothing you typed earlier is removed.

Tip:Changed your mind? Press Undo voice draft to take the voice draft out again.

  7. Review the whole prescription, then press Save Draft or Finalize as usual.

Careful:Nothing is saved until you save or finalize. Safety checks run as soon as the draft is added.

If something goes wrong

Why can’t I see the Speak button?

SayRx is an add-on. Your clinic must have it switched on, and your role must be able to write prescriptions. Ask your admin if the button is missing.

What if the monthly voice limit is used up?

You can still type the prescription as usual. The count starts again on the 1st of the month.

Which languages can I speak?

You can speak Hindi, English or Hinglish, even mixed in the same sentence.
